Terms of Use.

Using the directory

Restaurants.name provides a directory to discover restaurants. Listings are supplied by businesses or their representatives and reviewed before publication. Details can change, so check opening times, menus, prices, availability and other important information directly with the restaurant before visiting.

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false or misleading information, infringe anyone else's rights, upload harmful material or interfere with the site's operation.

Submitting a restaurant

You must be authorized to submit the restaurant details and photos. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the rights needed to share them. By submitting, you allow Restaurants.name to store, review, display and adapt the submitted material as needed to operate and promote the directory. You retain your rights to your content.

Submission is currently free. We may review, edit, reject, remove or update a listing when necessary, including if information is inaccurate or rights are disputed. Sending a submission does not guarantee publication or placement. To request a correction or removal, contact us.

External services and availability

Restaurant websites, maps and other external links lead to services we do not operate. Their content and terms are their responsibility. We aim to keep the directory available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of user-submitted information. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information is handled. For questions, corrections or complaints, email info@restaurants.name.
